Participants would be provided, with a certificate of Participation by North Carolina Academy of Research & Development, USA
Objective: The objective of this training program is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to create and operate self-sustainable incubation centers in the context of higher education institutions. The program will cover various phases of incubation center development, including program design, funding strategies, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability planning.
Schedule: The training program will be conducted over the weekend i.e. Friday & Saturday July 28th & 29th, 2023.
On Instituting to Managing Incubation Center at Higher Education Institution - 7 Sessions

Designing Program for First time Entrepreneurs & Designing Program for Working Product/MVP Development- 2 Sessions
29th July 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 09:00 AM IST - 05:00 PM IST
Training Fees:
The total cost for the training program is Twenty Thousand Rupees Only (INR 25,000) plus taxes per attendee i.e. Rs 29,500/-.
For a group of two or more will have a discounted fee of Twenty Thousand Rupees Only (INR 20,000) plus taxes per attendee i.e. Rs 23,600/-.
The fees cover all digital training materials and handbooks, lunch and refreshments.
Each participant would be provided by
“Incubation Manager” training completion certificate by North Carolina Academy for Research & Development.
Deliverables:
- Conducting two full-day training sessions (7 Hours + 1 Hour Q&A), following the specified schedule.
- Delivering engaging and interactive sessions that cover the defined topics and objectives.
- Facilitating discussions, activities, and assignments to enhance participant learning and application of concepts.
- Offering guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the training program.
Participant Requirements:
Participants are required to attend all sessions and actively engage in discussions, activities, and assignments. They should come prepared with pre-readings and complete any assigned tasks between sessions.
Trainer Responsibilities:
The trainer will:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions based on the provided content outline.
- Provide necessary training materials, to participants.
- Engage participants through interactive discussions, activities, and assignments.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to participants throughout the program.
- Facilitate question-and-answer sessions and address any participant inquiries.
- Secure a suitable venue for the training sessions, equipped with necessary audio-visual facilities.
- Ensure the availability of snacks and refreshments for participants during the training sessions.
- Assist in logistical arrangements, including participant registration, venue setup, and administrative support.
Terms and Conditions:
- Payment Terms:
100% of the training fees to be paid before the commencement of the training program.
- Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, a notice period of at least 4 days prior to the start date is required, and a cancellation fee may apply.
- Confidentiality:
Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the training program.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR
Currently serving as the Managing Partner of Technomist Ventures, Shreeram Iyer has an impressive professional background.
Previously, he held the esteemed position of National Leader for Startup Programs & Policy at EY, and he also led the Economic Development Advisory for South India. Prior to that, Shreeram worked as the Vice President of Ecosystem Innovation at T Hub, a crucial role within the Government of Telangana (Hyderabad) under the Ministry of IT & Commerce.
Throughout his career, Shreeram Iyer has successfully represented the state in front of Foreign Investors, showcasing his expertise in Policy Writing, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Strategic Consulting, collaborating with renowned brands. Furthermore, he made significant contributions to Tata Consultancy Services during his five-year tenure in their overseas markets, namely Germany and Australia.
Notably, until recently, Shreeram was actively involved in Telangana Government's committees focusing on Quantum Computing & Photonics. His dedication and innovation have even earned him patents for his exceptional work.
